The event has been cancelled
Should an event be cancelled, your tickets shall be fully refunded, excluding any other fees such as postage fees or insurance. A rescheduled event is not considered as cancelled. Tickets which have been purchased on Eventim.fr or via Eventim´s Call Center are automatically refunded on the credit card used for the payment. Only the initial buyer of any such tickets can be refunded.
