We will always send you an email once your tickets have been sent, therefore, please ensure your email address is correct. If your tickets have not arrived seven days before the event or within 7 days of receipt of our shipping email, please contact our customer service at billetterie@eventim.fr, including your order reference number. International delivery takes longer than domestic delivery, therefore as much time as possible should be left for the tickets to be received.
