With best seat booking, we will automatically choose the best seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.

Seating Chart Booking

The Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

Currently Not Available

If an event, price level, or ticket type is 'Currently not available', then all tickets currently available in that category have been sold.

Delivery Not Available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event, it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using Print@Home.

Only Single Seats Available

In your chosen price level, there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available, they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.

Ticket Personalization

Tickets for the Paris Lights games are not personalized, so you can buy tickets for someone else. You are also allowed to give your ticket to someone else for the entire day if you’re not able to go to a match day yourself.

Right of Withdrawal

Tickets bought in the Paris Lights Ticketshop are not subject to right of withdrawal.
